ROUND 8 SUMMARY (SUNDAY 11 JUNE)
This weekend brought mixed results for the Monash Junior teams as the half way mark to the season approaches. The U11 Joeys maintained their 100% win record and stay in top position after a solid 4 - 0 victory. The U11 Kangaroos fought out a 3 -1 win and stay perched nicely in 3rd place only 2 pts off from the top position and safely within the 12A league qualification positions for next season.

The U12A suffered their first defeat of the season, going down 4 - 2 to rivals Box Hill. Despite the defeat the team still sits in 2nd place and well within the Super League qualification positions for next season.

The U13B team lost narrowly by 4 goals to 3 in an exciting game with top U13B side Boronia. The team was unlucky not to grind a draw, but the defeat means it slips into 5th position. The U13 Super League team outplayed the recently in-form Nunawading City to record a 4 - 0 victory. The win consolidated the team in second position only 1 pt off leaders Bulleen.
